" It just makes my brain feel good when I am listening to it. And it is almost like I sort of crave it. I have definitely noticed an overall improvement in my mood and energy levels. I haven't even tried Track 2 yet. Although, I am hoping to get around to that this week."

" I had a stuck, slightly overwhelmed, weighted-down feeling which has eased. In it's place I'm feeling calmer, clearer, more buoyant and optimistic.
"It's a relief to feel a bit better and it will be interesting to see if it builds. I'm also suddenly content with how things are and the timing of accomplishing things - before I was concerned about how I'd get things done (self reproach for malingering). There's more acceptance and feeling of capacity."
~ Robin Judge, Wales
"Now I get what you described as a "high" feeling! An energetic buzzy feeling. Think I'll sit with it a few minutes before going to do anything.
"I do feel better after listening to this, than I did when I finished a Holosync session."
~ Altaara Scheer, Connecticut
"Was also totally exhausted this morning and now feel more energized, clear headed, and....happy! Not bouncing off the walls happy, rather a nice glow."
~ Pennie Christie
"The patters were floating without any geometric structure in them. I watched them for some time until I started experience some weird feeling in my head. It wasn’t a headache, but some strange sensation as though my brain is itching inside. That sensation grew from my head to my back neck. I was keeping my full attention on that sensation because it was very unusual – I never experience that before. Than I felt some heat wave coming along my spine from my seat towards that “itching” that was located in my neck. I experienced sweating, after which there was a light feeling, almost like a fresh breeze, accompanied by state of bodiless weightlessness. My mind noticed, “kundalini,” and the movement froze. Then I was just sitting there in timeless dreamless awareness characterized by infinite calm. When the sound started fading, I realized that I was breezing deeply but calm. I was in a state of total calm for another 10 minutes or so, after the sound stopped, then I logged-on on my Facebook account and wrote my message to Eric. My conclusion after the first day of trial – way to go Eric, this thing does something to my brain and it does accelerate my meditation. I hope to see more interesting effects in future."
"By the way, how long does it last? I forgot to note the time, when I started, and since at some point I lost the sense of time – but didn’t lose my awareness – I can’t estimate now how long I meditated.
"Conclusion: it’s addictive!"
~ Rita Carbon, California
"I feel kind of like I’m in a bit of a trance; more so than when I do Transcendental Meditation. This feels deeper. When that static change thing happens it feels like my brain shifts awareness.” I opened my eyes at one point and was very interested to see that 20 minutes had passed. That is the amount of time I normally meditate so it was noteworthy that my eyes opened right at that point, especially since I was feeling like only 5 to 10 minutes had passed. I closed my eyes for the rest of the time and was very surprised at how quickly the 30 minutes had gone by. I am quite certain I did not fall asleep – I felt fully aware the whole time, but I was definitely in a deep state.
"The rest of the day I have felt quite peaceful and energetic. More than usual. I find I am looking forward to the next session in a few days."
~ Amie Klepper Bush
